A few weeks ago, I made Indian food for dinner. We had to have a lassi to go along with it! I found this simple recipe for a berry lassi that I already had the ingredients for (score!). The recipe makes 2 very generous servings and is very filling.

Makes: 2 large servings
2 cups mixed berries
6 tablespoons honey, divided
2 cups plain yogurt (I used nonfat)
12 ice cubes
1. Blend the mixed berries and 2 Tbs. honey in a blender until smooth. Spoon into 2 chilled glasses.
2. Blend the yogurt with the rest of the honey and the ice cubes. Pour over the top of the berry mixture and gently stir. Enjoy!
