Not too long ago, I discovered a recipe/craft blog by two LDS ladies called Our Best Bites. I have looked through the pages many times, and I have to admit...I'm in L-O-V-E. I have been eye-balling a few of their recipes for some time and only recently was able to try them. They were fab-u-lous! There hasn't been a recipe that I've tried that I haven't liked!

Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos (I used a rotisserie chicken, yummy and easy!)
served with Creamy Lime Cilantro Dressing (my new fav) and Brazilian Lemonade (be sure to follow the directions or you will end up with bitter lemon...er limeade)
Natchitoches Meat Pies (we loved them spicy) using their recipe for Pie Crust
and Tortellini Spinach Bake in Creamy Lemon Sauce, which is great with or without bacon and using either three-cheese or cheese and spinach tortellini.
I love this site! They also have a cookbook out, hint hint...

Also some of my new favorites. We love the taquitos (I make them using canned chicken from Costco) and the dressing is a must have. The tortellini is also delicious. We'll have to try the Natchitoches. I love it!
